Owners Bert & Rachel have been operating Ottomatic Karaoke & DJ Services since 2018 and have had the privilege of working at nearly every wedding venue in the area. In 2020, we began looking for a property to create our own wedding venue. We found and purchased this amazing 10-acre horse hobby farm in July of 2022. We have a vision to turn this property into the perfect wedding venue and have been working ever since to clear the way from zoning restrictions to allow for sufficient parking as well as the use of both our barn and existing pole shed building. As of June, 2024 we have successfully rezoned the property to a Special District and eliminated the ordinance restrictions that were holding us back. We are beginning construction of the additions to the existing pole shed which will convert the building into a 5,120 sq. ft. commercial event center. We will also be renovating the barn for business use. The wood beams in the loft of the barn are shaped like a chapel and will make a perfect space for indoor ceremonies. The pasture will be completely enclosed with white rail fencing and we planning for a 3/4 acre pond with a lighted fountain. The incredible views of the area will make for stunning photos. The very old and large Maple trees east of the barn will provide a beautiful setting for larger outdoor ceremonies. Stay tuned!

Once additions are complete, our new 5,120 square foot commercial event center building will have the capacity for groups up to 300, a bridal prep area, a down room for the guys, a bar and catering kitchen.
